Frequently asked questions

How far in advance do we need to book you?

The earlier the better — for larger events we recommend 3–4 weeks, but we've delivered productions organized in just a few days. Contact us as soon as you have a date and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

What do you need from us to prepare an accurate quote?

Mainly the date, the goal and format of the event, the location, expected audience size, and details on on-site internet and power. The rest we clarify together.

Can you handle the whole event end-to-end, or do we coordinate several vendors?

End-to-end. We provide video production, streaming and technical equipment under one roof, so you deal with one accountable team instead of coordinating several subcontractors.

Can you help us choose the right format if we're not sure what we need?

Yes. We start from your goal and audience, then recommend the format and technical solution that fit — not the other way around. After more than 2000 successful events, we usually know what works.

Do you do a site survey and technical rehearsal before the event day?

Yes. We survey the location (on-site or online), check internet, power, stage and lighting, and test the setup ahead of time — hours before the start, not minutes.

Who from your team is our point of contact before and during the event?

You get a dedicated contact who knows your project from planning through to the live day, plus the on-site team led by our operations manager and technical director.

How fast can you react to a last-minute or urgent booking?

We've built plenty of events on short notice. Call us with the date and requirements — if we can deliver it at our standard of quality, we'll say yes; if not, we'll tell you straight.

How many cameras do you work with, and can you scale up for large productions?

From a single camera to full multi-camera productions. We scale the number of cameras, operators and technical crew to the size and ambition of your event.

Can you broadcast to several platforms at once (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, our site)?

Yes. A single stream can run in parallel to YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and your own website, including with restricted access where needed.

Can you stream to our own website or internal platform (intranet, Teams, Zoom, Webex)?

Yes. We can deliver the stream to your website, intranet or corporate platforms such as Teams, Zoom or Webex, depending on your setup.

What image quality do you deliver (Full HD, 4K)?

Full HD as standard and 4K where the project calls for it. We match resolution to the platform, the screens and the way the material will be used.

Can you integrate our slides, videos and graphics into the live picture?

Yes. We mix presentations, videos and graphics directly into the live picture in real time, switching between speakers and content seamlessly.

Can you add our branding — logos, lower-thirds, on-screen graphics?

Yes. We add your logos, name captions (lower-thirds), intros and on-screen graphics so the broadcast looks fully on-brand.

Can you bring in remote speakers or panelists live into the broadcast?

Yes. We connect remote speakers and panelists into the live broadcast with broadcast-grade quality, so they look and sound like part of the show.

Can you add live polls, Q&A and audience interaction?

Yes. We integrate chat, moderated Q&A and live polls, so your audience takes part instead of just watching.

What happens if the internet connection drops during the live stream?

That's exactly why we build redundancy on the critical links — duplicated internet and power. The goal is for the viewer to never even notice a problem occurred.

Do you provide backup for internet, power and equipment?

Yes. On the links where a failure would break the broadcast, we run a second line — backup internet, power and key equipment.

What's your reliability track record across 2000+ events?

Seventeen years and more than 2000 live events mean we've seen almost every problem before — and prepared for it. Reliability isn't a promise for us, it's a routine.

Do you test the entire setup before going live?

Always. We run a full technical test of the stream and equipment hours ahead of the start, so any issue is found and fixed before the audience arrives.

Can you restrict who watches (password, email, unique code)?

Yes. We control access via password, email or unique code, so only the people who should watch can watch.

Can you run a private, unlisted or internal-only broadcast?

Yes. We regularly run private and internal-only broadcasts that stay off public platforms entirely — ideal for confidential corporate events.

Do you sign NDAs and handle confidential content securely?

Yes. We sign NDAs and handle confidential material with the discretion our corporate and institutional clients expect.

How do you protect the stream from unauthorized access or downloads?

We combine access control (code, email, password), private/unlisted delivery and platform-level protections to keep the stream limited to your intended audience.

Can you meet our company's internal IT and security requirements?

Yes. We work within your IT and security policies and coordinate with your IT team on platforms, access and network requirements.

Where is the recording stored afterward, and who has access to it?

We deliver the recording to you and agree in advance where it's stored and who has access. It's your material — you decide.

Can you run a hybrid event — on-site audience and online viewers together?

This is one of our most common formats. We connect the room and the online audience so both get a full experience at the same time.

Can online viewers interact with the room in real time?

Yes. Online viewers can send questions and take part via chat and Q&A, and we bring their input into the room live.

Can you connect two or more physical locations into a single live event?

Yes. We link multiple locations into one seamless broadcast, so speakers and audiences in different places share a single event.

Can you provide simultaneous interpretation with multiple audio channels?

Yes. We provide parallel audio channels for simultaneous interpretation, so each viewer watches in their own language.

Can you add live subtitles, captions or on-screen sign-language interpretation?

Yes. We can add live subtitles/captions and include a sign-language interpreter on screen for accessible broadcasts.

Will we get a recording of the event, and in what format?

Yes. You receive a recording in the format you need — a full recording, edited highlights or a finished video product, as agreed.

Can you edit highlights, a recap or teaser clips afterward?

Yes. Our post-production team creates highlights, recaps and teaser clips ready for your channels.

Can you deliver vertical clips for social media from the same event?

Yes. From the same footage we produce vertical clips for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, formatted natively for each platform.

How soon after the event do we receive the final materials?

Full recording of the event is available immediatly after the event, and raw recording can be delivered within 3 working days, depending on scope. We agree on timing up front.

Do we own the footage and have full rights to use it?

Yes. The material is yours to use in full, per the terms we agree in the contract.

How is your pricing structured — per event, per day, or per package?

We quote per event, based on scale, cameras, location, translation, restricted access and equipment. For recurring work we agree on framework terms.

Can you give a fixed quote so there are no surprises on the invoice?

Yes. You get a transparent, fixed quote in which you see exactly what you're paying for — no surprises on the invoice.

Do you offer better terms for recurring events or framework partnerships?

Yes. For clients with regular events — monthly webinars, a podcast series, recurring internal broadcasts — we agree on predictable terms and priority service.

What are your payment terms, and do you work with procurement / purchase orders?

Yes, we work with corporate procurement, purchase orders and standard invoicing. Payment terms are set in the offer.

What's included in the price, and what counts as an extra?

The quote itemizes what's included — crew, equipment, streaming, editing — and lists any extras (additional cameras, translation, extra edits) separately, so it's clear.

Do you require a deposit, and what's your cancellation policy?

For most projects, we work with payments within 7 working days after the event, you can find exact parameters in your offer

Do you work white-label — under our agency's name and behind the scenes?

Yes. We're happy to work white-label, staying behind the scenes so the event runs under your agency's name.

Will you coordinate directly with our client and our production team on site?

Yes. We coordinate directly with your client and your production team on site, or stay strictly in the background — whatever the project needs.

Do you have partner or reseller terms for agencies?

Yes. We offer partnership terms for agencies that bring us recurring work, including priority scheduling and agreed conditions.

Can you set up paid access / ticketing (PPV) to monetize our event?

Yes. We implement ticket sales and paid access (PPV), so you monetize your event without losing control of who watches.

Do we need any technical knowledge on our side, or do you handle everything?

You don't need any technical knowledge — we handle everything. You focus on the content and the audience; the technical side is ours.

Can you work within a limited budget and advise on what to prioritize?

Yes. Tell us your budget and we'll advise honestly on where to spend it for the biggest impact and what can wait.

Can you help us reach a bigger audience or promote the stream?

We advise on the right platforms and formats to maximize reach, and can deliver clips and highlights that help promote the event before and after.

What exactly do you need from our venue (internet, power, space)?

Mainly reliable internet and power, and space for cameras, equipment and crew. We confirm the specifics during the site survey.

Can you give us viewer analytics after the event (numbers, watch time, engagement)?

Yes. We can provide viewer analytics — number of viewers, watch time and engagement — depending on the platforms used.
